1. Create a logical drive from 160GB HDD. Size of volume to be created 80GB.
(disk management wizard started).Had to convert disk dynamic type 1st.
2. Emplyee goes on leave for 1month. Make sure no one can log on to domain from machine..AD opens. I disabled it.
3. User Wang uses many machines, his profile is saved on network server1, D:Profile. He needs same desktop appearance everywhere. -- AD opens. Type path in there for profile..
4. Restore data from Full, Differential and incremental backups.
5. SP deployment over comuters in markting OU. GPMC started. keep following prompts.
6. Enable disk Quotas for users of 500MB, create wanring message after limit is 400MB. Except the manager. I do nopt remember manager's name.
7.Modify share permissions for users. It had to be done from Advanced Ssecurity settings. I think i goofed up there a bit.
8. Configure Group membership for user, so he receives emails from Finance group from London and Denvor only. (It is in Ali Dump)
rest were simple, but I do not remember @ them...

Jmento, or anyone else, one simulation says that "Change the bandwidth of the InternalWeb site to 2Mb/s. Allowed number of connections to 200 and port to 8010. the Mb/s meant bits per second because the bandwidth needs to be specified in kilo bytes(2048kb/s). "

How can i do that?
I'm still learning the server and i don't know how to do that.
Can someone please write a step by step guide, i.e. which menu, etc.

these were my simulations:
1. Change the bandwidth of the InternalWeb site to 2Mb/s. Allowed number of connections to 200 and port to 8010. the Mb/s meant bits per second because the bandwidth needs to be specified in kilo bytes(2048kb/s).
2. Max Stevens goes out of office for a month. So you need to prevent other users from logging to his computer (which is Max-PC) by using least administrative effort. (I disabled the computer

7. A software (App1) needs to deployed to a computer in marketing OU. The installer is in serverapp1. Deploy it so that the users have option of installing it from add/remove--- simulation opens gpo,and then you open user con-software setting-software ins.-new pack.-publish
8. A disk fails on friday and u need to restore from backup. saturday is full backup, monday is differential, wednesday is differential, and Friday is incremental. Do the backup in this order.
9.Creating roaming profile for a user.
there is one i cant recall accurately, it has to do with Tony Wang.

I also think Dr.Z's and P4S's are not valid in India and will advice all to check for valid dumbs in the country.

N/B:
Finally, follow Huckleberry advice posted here too(it helped me a great deal):
Simulations may seem to be daunting at first. But take your time. They are simple in the sense that the simulation does not allow you to wander elsewhere. You are confined to the areas where you can get the answers. So playing around will do the trick.

Here you are how to get an idea about the sims.

Guys you really dont need the sims just follow this comments and you will be ready for facing the sims, they are not hard.

1. A software needs to deployed to a computer in marketing OU. The installer is in serverapp1. Deploy it so that the users have option of installing it from add/remove .

Yossi, yup.i think as well, i have had experience such sort of things twice, appeared in two exams (270 & 290). The thing behind, might be rotation of exam paper based on your experience which is asked in survey questions.

2ndly. i have come to know as well that MS is going to change its entire exam database or a little bit... What is to do in this scenario? should we wait for a month.? let things be fixed if it is in process right now ?

This still not valid em my country (Brazil) I did test yestarday and I went reproved.
My scored went 565. 48 question and 5 simulations.

Guys, my correction to Ali.264 is up and running.

Don't worry, it's almost the same as Ali.264, so it's valid.
The corrections i made are (You need to upload the non-randomize setting in Ali-264 dump to know what I'm talking about:

1. Corrected the answer in question 63 (The real answers are B & E, not C!).
2. Corrected a glitch in question 72, which prevented the answer, C & E to being mark as right.
3. Removed the 83 to 90 Questions because they were statistical Q and not relevant to the exam.

I have 2 questions:

1. I'm trying to upload a corrected version i made based on the Ali.264 dump (312-50v8). I did it twice and i don't see it in the 312-50v8 page. Why is it?

2. What is the purpose of the questions in the beginning of the exams, about "how many years do you have experience with server 2003, or vista?"
Is it true that if someone answers that he has no experience in it and his totally new, he gets easy questions and easy simulations, and only 4-5 simulations?

For instance, i have a moderate experience in vista, and in the 70-620 exam i took three weeks ago, i wrote that down, i told the truth.
I got 37 questions, 13 simulations and 925/1000.
In all, the exam wasn't easy but i did manage to get this very nice score.
So, is it true, because i heard of people who gets 16 simulations.

Passed today with 985 in Nigeria. Huckleberry analysis was best. Follow the explanation by Huckleberry. Sims very valid, jst 2 new questions and they were simple.
