What a load of bolox that link is!!!
Here is my reasoning why.
Firstly MS have stopped sending out certificates due to the high volume of content and also to show that they are making a concious effort to reduce their carbon footprint.
Secondly MS and other Vendor groups would not hold a key seminar to highlight this problem.
I have very good close contacts within a certain testing facility and they say they are not told of MS, CompTIA, CISCO upgrades on exams.
Once the candidate as booked the exam it is then loaded into a time slot and sent to the testing ATC and then it is accessed there and then.
They are not fore warned due to fact that it would take too much time to inform everyone.
If students actually learn the content they can then feel at ease if they do pass within a certain time frame as they will quite freely agree to comply with any wishes of retakes.

So to summarise the web content on this matter.Bolox!

change in new ISP.users cannot access internet websites using their FQDN. you config a test computer and able to access internet. you need to ensure other network users can access internet too using their FQDN.
a.create a root zone on server 3
b.configure server3 to use the default root hints
c.config a forwarder on server 3 to the new isp's dns server
