Just took the 70-680 today and scored 900+. There were 48 questions with 1 MX simulation. All questions were on Ray.209q.vce . . . so all you need to do is study until you are consistently getting around 950 and then go test. Take your time in the test center so you don't look like a schmuck! I sat in there for 90 min anyway.
